Louise McCready Hart is a freelance writer and founder of
the lifestyle website lookinglab.com. She contributes to the Huffington Post
and has been featured in publications such as Edible Manhattan, Edible
Brooklyn, Vogue.com, and Details.com. She has previously been employed at
Vogue, Condé Nast and Gourmet. Where Liberty Dwells, There Is My Country: The
Story of Twentieth-Century American Ambassadors to France, a book she co-wrote
with Ambassador Craig Stapleton, was published in 2010.
Mrs. Hart received her B.A. magna cum laude in 2007 from the
University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in English (with a concentration
in creative writing) and French Studies. She received her M.A. degree in
Journalism in 2008 from New York University. Louise was raised in Lexington,
Kentucky and attended Sayre School.
Mrs. Hart serves on the board of directors of Winchester
Federal Bank in Winchester, KY. Active in non-profits, she is a member of the
Junior Committee for the Gordon Park Foundation and a member of the Junior
Committee of Solar One’s Revelry by the River Awards Dinner and Gala.
Mrs. Hart
joined the Einstein Emerging Leaders board in 2013.
