Randi
Melton works in Brand Management in the Cosmetics industry in New York City.
She has a BA in Economics and a Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke
University and an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
Prior to business school, she worked in Equity Research covering the Cosmetics,
Personal Care and Household Products industries.
Randi
has been active in fundraising events with a focus on finding a cure for
breast cancer. She became involved with Einstein Emerging Leaders in the beginning of 2013
and served on the host committee for the Annual Gala.
Randi joined the EEL board in 2013 and is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Special Events and Campaign Chair.
