The minutes were approved with the change that the Prudential contributions were extensively discussed.

The dean will be away for the end of December.

The campus master plan was reviewed, with the hope that parts of Phase I will be initiated soon but that financial constraints may limit the degree to which it can be completed. This will involve a significant commitment by Engineering.

There have been a series of changes of the chairs of various board committees, per the ByLaws.

The meeting adjourned at 4 p.m.
