PRESENT: Drs. Allen Spiegel, Jeffrey Segall, Elyse Sussman, Robbie Burk, Ekaterina Dadchova, Francine Einstein, Harris Goldstein, Genevieve Neal-Perry, Todd Olson, Pamela Stanley, Ulrich Kadolsky, Stephen Baum

Difficulties with the Banner transition were briefly mentioned, and efforts are being made to help with all the ongoing issues.

The Cancer Center site visit will be on January 10th.

Einstein will be hosting the public launch of a capital campaign combined with an academic convocation on April 15th at the Plaza hotel.

The search for a chair of Neuroscience and likely director of a new Institute of Brain Research is under way.

The meeting adjourned at 4:12 p.m.
