Dean Spiegel announced new Chairs for the Department of Microbiology/Immunology and for Obstetrics and Gynecology. He discussed the restructuring of the relationship between Montefiore Medical Center in Yeshiva University.

Speaker Segall continued the discussion on restructuring. A motion was passed urging both sides to complete the proposed agreement.
