Residency sponsorship has been changed so that Drs. Skae and Cohen are directing graduate medical education at Montefiore and Jacobi, respectively.

Issues obstructing the Montefiore-YU negotiations were covered. The consequences of not achieving a successful agreement would be severe for both the research and medical education components of the school.

The meeting adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
