The 2017 Senate Council election results were discussed. It was proposed to invite Nina Flerin to attend all council meetings to maintain continuity when Paul Johnson is unable to attend.

The text of the tenure award letter was discussed. It was agreed that the text implies that the new tenure policy is also applicable.

The Board meeting was discussed.

A proposed motion by the Dean regarding public discourse and official meetings at Einstein was introduced for discussion.

The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
