The minutes of the November 16, 2011 meeting were approved after modification.

Continued fundraising efforts for meeting the goals of the Strategic Research Plan were discussed.

A 10 million dollar gift will be used to integrate imaging facilities by bringing together the Gruss Biophotonics and MRI Centers.

The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
