The minutes of the June 23, 2010 meeting were approved.

The Speaker will be in charge of arranging the agenda for the Senate Council.

It was decided to shift the dates of the December 1 Senate Council and full Senate meetings to December 8.

The Bylaws for the committee for promotions and professional standards are being changed in compliance with the requirements of the AAMC.

The financial status of the school was summarized – overall positive but with the current economic situation it is still important to be cautious.

The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
