Areas of Research: Medical Students Research teach about Grant-writing

Professional Interests

As Director of Medical Student Research, I oversee programs to promote a mission of Einstein, which is to train academic physicians.  As all medical students must write a Scholarly Paper, our office provides help finding a mentor, planning a project and oversees a menu of research fellowships for students. I bring my own NIH –funded clinical research career studying HIV and drug use to this endeavor for students. I also direct a grant -writing course for Scholars in the CRTP. Most are writing K23 applications.
