The June 19 minutes were approved.

Updates were provided on the chair searches. Regarding the Neuroscience chair search, an offer has been made to the top candidate. The Rehab Medicine chair has signed. OBGYN and Medicine chair searches will be starting this fall. Urology search is ongoing.

The issue of use of the new lounge area by all members of the Einstein community was discussed. It will be examined further. Also the use of the Max and Sadie space by various members of the community will be examined.

The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
