Jeffrey Segall reported on one item of the last Senate Council meeting dealing with the new Tenure policy and the promotion to a Full Professor status.

Maureen Charron mentioned that the Committee on Committee had nominated a new Senate Parliamentarian to be ratified by the Senate during the election of Senate Officers.

The Parliamentarian Todd Olson chaired the Senate Officers’ election for the 2015-2016 Sessions and the Senate acclaimed Jeffrey Segall as the Speaker, Elyse Sussman as the Vice-Speaker, Eliana Scemes as the Secretary, and Matthew Gamble as the Treasure. Solomon Moshe was ratified as the new Parliamentarian.
