ABSENT: Drs. Anita Autry-Dixon, Jonathan Alpert

EXCUSED: Drs. Jonathan Lai, Elizabeth Kitsis, Victor Schuster

1. Meeting minutes from the Oct 21, 2020 Senate Council were approved.
2. The results of the US Presidential Election were discussed, and Dean Tomaselli would provide remarks to the Einstein Senate on this topic.
3. The newly tenured Professors were announced, and then presented at the Senate meeting later that afternoon.
4. The Montefiore Strategic Management Plan was discussed. The McKinsey-led "transformation" project is largely focused on the Montefiore Medical Center, but also affects the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Recommendations for substantial change are expected.
5. Current COVID-19 data for the Einstein community was discussed 

The meeting adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
