Our Incubator Space
We have a variety of lab and office spaces available throughout our campus, and we match each company with the lab space that best supports its stage and scientific needs. Factors such as team size, equipment requirements, and growth plans help determine the most suitable available space, ensuring startups have the resources they need to move quickly and scale efficiently.

- Operational and infrastructural support such as environmental health and safety services ( laboratory safety, regulatory compliance, and hazardous waste management), WiFi, freezer temperature monitoring, shipping and receiving, utilities (electricity, water, and HVAC), and other essential research operations are included with rental
