FDR Drive to Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) Bridge (formerly Triboro - toll) to I-278 East/Bruckner Expressway. Take the Bronx River Parkway (North), exit at Pelham Parkway (East), and turn right onto the service road after Williamsbridge Road; right turn at Eastchester Road and right on Morris Park Avenue or take FDR Drive North to RFK Bridge. From Upstate New York & Lower Westchester:
N.Y. Thruway to Tappan Zee Bridge (toll); Cross Westchester Expressway to Sprain Brook Parkway. Take the Bronx River Parkway and exit at Pelham Parkway (East) to Eastchester Road (South) to Morris Park Avenue OR Saw Mill River Parkway to Cross County Parkway to Bronx River Parkway (South); then follow directions above.

Alternate Route from the West Side:
Take Henry Hudson Parkway/New York 9A North to I-95 North/George Washington (G.W.) Bridge towards Cross Bronx Expressway. Continue on I-95 North to Pelham Parkway West. Turn left at Eastchester Road and turn left on Morris Park Avenue. For detailed Bing map and directions, click here.

From Rockland County:
Take I-287 East to Hutchinson River Parkway/Whitestone Bridge/Merritt Parkway. Take Hutchinson River Parkway to Pelham Parkway West. Turn left at Eastchester Road and turn right at Morris Park Avenue.

From Westchester County:
Take Hutchinson River Parkway South to exit 3W to Bronx and Pelham Parkway West. Turn left onto Eastchester Road and turn right onto Morris Park Avenue. OR take Taconic State Parkway South to exit 7E to Bronx and Pelham Parkway South. Turn right onto Hering Avenue and left onto Morris Park Avenue.

From Connecticut: New England Thruway/I-95 South, exit at Pelham Parkway (West), left at Eastchester Road, right on Morris Park Avenue.

From Queens: Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway., to Pelham Parkway. (West); left at Eastchester Rd. OR Throggs Neck Bridge to the New England Thruway to Pelham Parkway West; left at Eastchester Road; turn right to on Morris Park Avenue.

From Penn Station: If you arrive by Amtrak, you will come into Penn Station (NY). Have a taxi take the West Side Highway to Cross Bronx Expressway. Cross Bronx to I95 North to Pelham Parkway West and proceed as from LaGuardia.

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT UPDATE TO BUS STOPS: Due to the NYC/DEP project under way along Morris Park Avenue and Eastchester Road through Fall 2018, the bus stops at the base of Morris Park Avenue, at its intersection with Eastchester Road (in front of the College of Medicine), have been removed until the work is completed. Please see the directions noted above (under “Subway/Bus Directions during NYC/DEP Project”) for temporary MTA bus stop alterations during this time frame.

By Express Bus from Manhattan: The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) runs an express bus service between Manhattan and the Bronx (BxM10 — Morris Park Avenue) that stops directly in front of the College of Medicine at Morris Park Avenue and Eastchester Road. Northbound stops in Manhattan are at Madison Avenue and 24th St., 36th St., 44th St., 52nd St. and 59th St, and on Third Avenue between 86th and 87th Sts. By Subway from Manhattan: East Side: #5 Train to 180th St. or Dyre Ave. Get off at East 180th St. station. Take the Bx21 from the bus stop located in front of the police station, across the street from subway exit on Morris Park Avenue. The bus stops directly in front of the College of Medicine at Morris Park Avenue and Eastchester Road.

ALT East Side: #6 Train to Pelham Bay Park. Get off at Westchester Square station. From Lane Ave behind the station exit, take the Bx31 to the corner of Morris Park Avenue and Eastchester Road, in front of the College of Medicine.

West Side: #2 Train to 241st St./Wakefield. Get off at East 180th St. station. Take the Bx21 from the bus stop located in front of the police station across the street from subway exit on Morris Park Avenue. The bus stops directly in front of the College of Medicine at Morris Park Avenue and Eastchester Road.

IND 6th Avenue Subway: 6th Ave. train to Fordham Road (Grand Concourse). Then take the Bx12/City Island to Eastchester Road. Transfer to the Bx31/Westchester Square to Morris Park Avenue.

LaGuardia (LGA): Grand Central Parkway (East) to Whitestone Bridge (toll) to Hutchinson River Parkway, to Pelham Parkway exit (West). Make a left at Eastchester Road and turn right onto Morris Park Avenue.

JFK: Van Wyck Expressway (East) to Whitestone Bridge (toll) to Hutchinson River Parkway, to Pelham Parkway exit (West). Make a left at Eastchester Road and turn right onto Morris Park Avenue.

Newark (EWR): Take New Jersey Turnpike (North) to George Washington Bridge (toll) to Cross Bronx Expressway, exiting at Rosedale Avenue. Take the Bronx River Parkway (North), exit at Pelham Parkway (East), and bear right onto the service road after Williamsbridge Road. Turn right at Eastchester Road and right again at Morris Park Avenue.

Another suggestion for transportation to and from area airports is Allways East Transportation 914.965.6776. Their e-mail address is: allwaystransportation@hotmail.com and they are familiar with the College of Medicine. You also may hail a yellow taxi; fares are approximately $50 from LGA and $80 from JFK.

If you do plan to drive, on-campus parking is available. You may use the Kwik Park parking lot on Eastchester Road (at Stillwell Avenue) adjacent Einstein’s student housing complex or the 24-hour Weiler Hospital parking lot on Sackett Avenue.

The Kwik Park lot (formerly managed by Kinney and PF) is located on the west side of the street of Eastchester Road at the intersection for Stillwell Avenue; it is one block north of Morris Park Avenue.. If traveling from Pelham Parkway, turn south onto Eastchester Road and then right at the second set of traffic lights into the parking garage. The lot is open between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The maximum charge for the day is $10.00. Please note: When using the Kwik Park lot, you will not have access to your car after 8:00 p.m. (Call 718.430.7021 for additional information.)

The 24-hour parking lot by Weiler Hospital is located on Sackett Avenue; take the right fork where Sackett intersects with Eastchester Road, just after the Morris Park Avenue intersection (across from the car wash), when heading south. The lot is opposite Weiler Hospital, just a short walk to Einstein's Belfer building. To view the location of each parking lot, see the campus map.
