Resources for Healthcare Workers

First-Aid for Burnout (FAB)
Provider burnout is commonly experienced by healthcare workers and has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. DOM clinical psychologist Stephanie Leung, Ph.D. Dr. Leung will offer recommendations, resources, and facilitate referrals if needed. All contact with the First-Aid for Burnout program will be strictly confidential. Email fab@einsteinmed.org. This is a private email account that is accessed only by Dr. Leung.
The COVID-19 Recovery (CORE) Clinic
The Department of Medicine's CORE clinic provides follow-up and recovery engagement to patients who had COVID-19 in order to address their ongoing symptoms and chronic conditions, as well as any new issues that arise related to their COVID-19 infection. Patient referrals can be made by calling 844-556-6683, extension #36. More info here.

Montefiore Resilience | Coaching & Workshops
Rootwise Leadership has developed for Montefiore faculty a series of focused coaching and affinity groups and three interactive workshops intended to break down some of the myths about resilience and wellness in the work place while teaching some practical tools.
