Fellows are asked to evaluate all faculty members using several methods. The results are discussed anonymously with the division chief.
- Specific face-to-face opportunity for faculty assessment exists at each fellow’s group and individual meeting.
- The fellow on rotation provides monthly feedback to the program director anonymously, through myevalualtions.com.
- There is an annual or twice-annual review of the faculty through a specific instrument looking at a full range of pedagogical skills and mentoring activities, completed by both current fellows and those who have completed the program.
