Ambulatory Practices Ambulatory resident teaching practices Montefiore has four internal medicine ambulatory resident teaching practices located in different communities in the Bronx, NY. At these practices, 60 DGIM faculty physicians practice alongside and train our 225 internal medicine residents and addiction medicine fellows. Medical students from Albert Einstein College of Medicine rotate through the practices for their required third year ambulatory clerkship. In addition to providing general primary care, a number of unique programs are imbedded within one of more of the practices.
