Nephrology Training Program Kidney-Pancreas Transplant Fellowship Program The Kidney-Pancreas Transplant Fellowship Program at the Montefiore Einstein Center for Transplantation was founded in 1967 and was one of the first transplant centers in the world. Our mission is to serve our underserved community and provide them outstanding kidney transplant care on the pre- and post-transplant side, encourage living donation in our community, and provide renal care for other solid organ transplantation with renal problems.
