Resources for Study Teams

If your study includes procedures that involve Montefiore’s clinical ancillary departments, be sure to engage the ancillary department during the planning phase of your project to ensure you have addressed any logistical and financial requirements for collaboration. Complete the following ancillary intake forms in order to begin partnering with each respective department.

In order to support and enhance collaboration between institutions, investigator-initiated research and all other funded research, the department of Pathology has created a Research Oversight Committee. This committee reviews, provide guidance and approves prospective submitted research study requests that intend to utilize Pathology services. Upon approval, the Pathology price file will be shared with the investigator for their review an agreement. To initiate the process the investigator(s) must complete and submit their respective intake form(s) below by accessing them through the provided hyperlink(s) below: (NO research projects or utilization of Pathology services will be considered without the completion and submission of this form)
