Diagnostic Pathology
Diagnostic Pathology identifies the cause of disease based on morphologic and/or clinical pathology findings, coupled with relevant data from patient history, clinical signs, and ancillary test results. Investigators in Montefiore Einstein Clinical & Anatomic Pathology laboratories, representing diverse medical specialties, collaborate with clinicians and basic scientists, from both within and outside the department, to assess and validate state-of-the-art test assays aimed at the accurate identification and diagnosis of human disease.
