The Class of 1975 Endowed Academic Enrichment Fund

The Class of 1975 is coming together to create The Class of 1975 Endowed Academic Enrichment Fund to provide annual support for students to either attend or present their scholarly work at professional meetings and connect with leaders in their fields. To establish this named endowment at Einstein, we have set an initial $50,000 goal, which will provide approximately $2,500* in annual conference funding.  

Students have identified funding for expenses related to participating in professional conferences, research symposiums, and other academic meetings as a high-priority need. Please know that this additional support would be so meaningful to our students, and this new Class of 1975 Fund will ensure that our medical students are building their professional resumes for residency and careers.

* $50,000 minimum amount needed to create a named endowed fund. The current rate realized as revenue from the invested endowments is 5.5 percent over a ten-month average. The rate is approved by the board and has been stable for the last ten years.
