Tim Duong, Ph.D., explains his study that found more than 1 in 5 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 developed high blood pressure—twice the number of those hospitalized with influenza.

Dr. Duong is vice chair for radiology research at Einstein and Montefiore and professor of radiology, of biochemistry, and in the Dominick P. Purpura Department of Neuroscience at Einstein.
