Certificate of Fitness C14 Renewal Packet

FDNY C14 Certificate of Fitness training is being offered for employees applying for an Initial C14 and for employees renewing their C14.  Training sessions are held in Forchheimer 800 on a monthly basis and the upcoming dates are listed below.  Please indicate your first training date choice and your second choice training date choice since space is limited.
