The minutes of the January 19, 2011 were approved with an amendment regarding the final item.

The distribution of the Council minutes was discussed.

The strategies for enhancing Einstein’s public image in various listings of universities and medical schools were described.

There was a continuing discussion of the issues of unproductive tenured faculty.

The idea of encouraging joint degrees between professional schools of Yeshiva University to expand the career opportunities available to graduates was suggested.

The meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
