The January 9 minutes were approved.

Chair search updates.

Rehabilitation Medicine: a strong candidate has been identified and has had an initial visit to Einstein.

The Dean met with State Senator Jeffrey Klein to emphasize the importance of supporting research such as stem cell research by New York State.

Einstein is considering joining the New York Genome Center as a founding member.

The meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
