The next Overseers’ Board meeting will have a panel discussion covering issues in medical student education.

The OB-GYN search committee was given its charge.

ECG Consulting’s work is ongoing. There are reductions that have already occurred in several administrative offices, including tech transfer, communications and development. There have been changes in housekeeping schedules that will hopefully improve efficiency with a corresponding reduction in the overall staff number.

There was a discussion of the financial difficulties of YU and the ramifications for Einstein as a medical school.

The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
