Dean Spiegel thanked the members of the Senate for the constructive comments from the faculty and for endorsing his reinstatement as Dean. He reiterated the economic challenges facing the school.

Speaker Segall gave the results of the Senate Council elections, thanked the retiring members and announced the new membership.

Mr. Geraghty and Ms. Locke outlined issues facing the Banner system, how they have been addressed, and how they will be addressed in the future.
