There will be a presentation of the draft tenure proposal at the June 11 meeting.* 

The salary reduction letters sent to some tenured faculty members were discussed. 

*There was a change in topic to a presentation on the transition to a new Einstein. 

The meeting adjourned at 4 p.m.
