PRESENT: Drs. Allen Spiegel, Jeffrey Segall, Myles Akabas, Steven Almo, Roy Chuck, Johanna Daily, Chandan Guha, Victor Schuster, Pamela Stanley, Steve Walkley, Olivia Vergnolle, Ed Burns, Steve Baum/Allison Ludwig, Mr. Ross Firestone

Agenda topics for the next academic year were requested. One request was for further discussion of the graduate program projected growth with plans for attracting more students.

Al Seminsky, Executive Director of Development, summarized the Office of Development and plans for building a strong, consistent philanthropic enterprise. A major, current project is to develop pledges for support over the next five years to address the budget deficit. This project is well advanced and by the end of the summer its success will be evaluated. Further plans then include longer term development of fundraising programs and leadership giving that will expand school resources.

The meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
