The NIH-funded centers at Einstein were discussed. Currently all have renewed their grants and a search for Cancer Center Director is under way.

The Einstein Board Executive Committee approved the 2017 budget, including a merit increase retroactive to January 1.

The tenure promotion procedure was discussed, including a summary of the previous year, the process for the current year, and plans for future years.

The meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
