The possibility of providing incubator space in Van Etten to small and external companies at Einstein was discussed. Further opportunities for expansion would also be present.

The Dean search is progressing with ongoing discussions with the top candidates.

The Middle States approval process is on track.

The February 21 meeting will be canceled.

The meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
