After approval of the Minutes, Dr. Tomaselli gave the Dean’s report, highlighting the recent Stem Cell retreat, the Cancer Center Advances Meeting, the Inter-Urban Clinical Club, and the leadership retreat on diversity and inclusion.

Updates were presented on the degree-granting process, on IT improvements, and on searches for the cancer center director and chairs for ENT and Pediatrics.

Dr. Elyse Sussman gave the Speaker’s report, updating the Senate on the council election process.

Jack Zencheck and Geraldo Braithwaite reported on the implementation of SAP Concur, the new reimbursement system.

Finally, the Quality of Life Committee presented the results of the annual survey.
