Shadowing Experience
The Einstein shadowing experience offers medical students the opportunity to observe practicing alumni and clinicians in real-world healthcare settings. Whether in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or specialty practices, students gain first-hand exposure to clinical workflows, patient care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and the day-to-day responsibilities of medical professionals. This experience is designed to broaden students’ perspectives, inform specialty decisions, and help them build confidence and professionalism as future physicians.
