Alumni Email Access
Upon graduation, your Einstein email account will automatically transition to an alumni account. Your new email address will use the domain @alumni.einsteinmed.edu.
Key Information to Ensure a Smooth Transition:
- Email Format: Your username remains unchanged. For example, first.last@einsteinmed.edu will become first.last@alumni.einsteinmed.edu.
- Password: Your current password will remain the same.
- Email-Only Access: After graduation, you will retain access only to your email mailbox. Access to all other data and applications will be discontinued, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Einstein Dropbox
- Box
- HPC
- Shared folders / H drives
- Zoom
- Adobe
Please ensure you back up any important files or data before your graduation date.

The Einstein Alumni Relations office is not authorized to verify degrees, diplomas, employment, residency, or to provide transcripts. For these requests, please refer to the following information.
Requests for Transcripts and Educational Verification:

Alumni and former students (1955-2018) with requests for transcripts, copies of medical student performance evaluation (MSPE), verification letters, state licensure forms and replacement diplomas, must follow the instructions below:
- To obtain an official MD transcript, please follow the instructions provided on the Yeshiva University website: www.yu.edu/transcript
- If you need verification of an MD degree, the National Student Clearinghouse is our authorized agent for providing MD degree verifications. You can obtain instant MD degree verifications at www.degreeverify.org
- Please use school code 002903 – Yeshiva University - Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
All other requests should be made directly to the Yeshiva University Registrar's Office at resnickregistrar@yu.edu or 646.592.4515.
