Salary and Benefits Residents in the Internal Medicine Residency Program and the Primary Care and Social Internal Medicine Track and Preliminary Track are eligible for the same salary and benefits. PGY1: $84,216.91 PGY2: $87,932.27 PGY3: $91,647.82 Conference and educational support House officers receive $1,250 annually to use toward educational resources (books, journal subscriptions, educational technology, etc.) and an additional $575 to support you presentation and attendance at a conference. Meals and Scrubs: The Department of Medicine provides breakfast and lunch weekdays at both campuses. White coats and scrubs are provided. $2,000 stipend per academic year for meals Vacation House officers receive 4 weeks of vacation each year.
