The search firm for the chair of Medicine search has been reengaged. The formal search will be started after the merger is completed.

The plan is for the school to apply to become its own 501c3 after July 1.

The YU plan for changing health benefits as of July 1 was discussed. YU has made some modifications in response to requests by Dr. Burns.

In terms of new research opportunities in collaboration with Montefiore, precision medicine as part of cancer treatment was discussed.

The meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
