Dean Spiegel presented a brief report on some of the issues related to the transition to a New Einstein which is expected to be completed by July 1st. He also provided an update on the implementation process related to the new tenure and compensation policy.

Dr. Orlofsky, the Senate Treasurer, provided an update on the last three years activity. He indicated that the current balance is very close to that of three years ago.

Mr. Zencheck, the Chief Procurement Officer, gave a presentation describing the process by which his office provides the end users with the best price and quality product.
