There will be a final meeting of the current Einstein Board of Overseers on May 12th. The three faculty members proposed by the tenure committee last year will be presented to the Einstein Board of Overseers and the YU Board of Trustees for approval. Future awarding of tenure will then take place during the 2015/2016 academic year in the context of the new Board that forms after July 1.

The transition to the new YU health plan was discussed.

Preparation for the overall transition was discussed. The applications for approval from the Middle States Commission and New York Board of Regents have been submitted. Banner is being cloned and tested to ensure a smooth transition.

The meeting adjourned at 3:51 p.m.
