The tenure evaluation process for untenured full Professors was discussed.

Union negotiations are under way. One issue is having consistent employment conditions at Montefiore and Einstein.

IT changes are in process, where the first target is physical network separation. Technical issues involving network security are being worked on.

The Chartis Steering committee will have subgroups focused on MD and PhD graduate education, and input regarding those programs will be solicited.

The meeting adjourned at 3:57 p.m.
