  • Dr. Tomaselli gave the Dean’s report, updating the Senate on the reopening plan, COVID-19-related research, action items following the murder of George Floyd, and Einstein/Montefiore strategic plan reboot.
  • The Senate Speaker, Dr. Arnsten, gave her report announcing that there will be Senate meetings in July and August.
  • Dr. Arne Gennerich and Dr. Fernando Macian gave the annual report on the activities of the Committees on Appointments and Promotions.
  • Dr. Ed Burns updated the Senate on the Middle States accreditation process and the upcoming site visits.
  • Dr. Pamela Stanley presented the annual report of the Faculty Interactions Committee, focused on the 2020 Einstein faculty salary distributions.
