The Human Preclinical Modeling and Surveillance Core Facility is a unified, state-of-the-art platform that brings together specialized units in Stem Cell Isolation, Xenotransplantation, Patient Derived Xenograft (PDX) Models, Organoids, Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSC), and Gene Editing under one integrated research ecosystem. The institute provides advanced infrastructure and technical expertise and consultation services to support high impact studies in regenerative medicine, cancer biology, developmental science, and precision therapeutics. By seamlessly connecting complementary model systems from cellular engineering and organoid platforms with in vivo xenograft and PDX models it enables rigorous, physiologically relevant investigation of human disease and therapeutic response.
