Application Process The program accepts 4-5 fellows each year. Applicants must submit all materials through the Association of American Medical Colleges Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®). Your application must include the following: A complete Common Application Form A Personal Statement emphasizing your professional goals in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine Three Letters of Reference, including one from the Program Director or Department Chair of your current Program Copies of all national board, Federation Licensing Examination (FLEX), and United States Medical Licensing Examination® (USMLE®) scores ECFMG Certification (for foreign medical graduates) A Medical Student Performance Evaluation or Dean’s letter Photo (optional) Applications for fellowship are reviewed on a rolling basis.
