Dr. Ronald Kanner MD, FAAN, FACP, completed his premedical education at Brooklyn College and his medical training at University of Madrid in Spain. He currently serves as the chair and professor in department of neurology at Hofstra North Shore – LIJ School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and continued his postgraduate training in neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in neuro-oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. His medical interests include medical education, faculty development, and pain management.
