Professional Interests
Dr Piccinini brings an extensive international experience in aesthetic plastic surgery, including face and necklift, rhinoplasty, breast and body contouring, facial and body fat grafting, combining the best of American and Brazilian plastic surgery practices. Fellowship-trained in aesthetic facial and adult and pediatric craniofacial surgery - Nicklaus Miami Children's Hospital under Dr Anthony Wolfe. University of Pennsylvania Breast and Microsurgery fellowship-trained including DIEP flaps and other perforator flaps for complex reconstruction. Dr Piccinini has co-authored multiple book chapters on facial rejuvenation, craniofacial surgery and body contouring. He has had work published in the main plastic surgery journals, including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Journal. He has a special interest in minimally invasive, endoscopic approaches to facial surgery including trauma and facial rejuvenation.
