Submit an Event to the Einstein Calendar
If you have an upcoming campus event you would like to include on Einstein’s main calendar, please follow the appropriate instructions below.
Do you have a calendar account?
If you have access to a calendar account that was created for you by the Einstein web team, please log into the calendar system to submit your event for approval.
Don’t have an account?
If you do not have a calendar account, please submit your calendar request to caleditor@einsteinmed.edu with the following information:
- Event Title
- Event Description
- Event Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Speaker(s) Information (Name, Affiliations)
- Experience: Pick One (In Person, Virtual, Hybrid)
- Location (Building, Room#)
- Image (if available)
Do you need a calendar account?
If you plan to regularly submit events to the Einstein calendar and would like to create a calendar account, please contact webrunners@einsteinmed.edu.
