Morning report is a daily (5 times a week) discussion involving all fellows, an assigned attending of the month, and other members of the faculty when available.
The topics are diverse and the forum varies. Commonly, interesting or instructive cases that presented to the hospital within the previous 24 hours are presented and discussed, as are complex on-going management issues. Depending on the expertise of the attending, topics in clinical cardiology or in cardiovascular research may also be presented.
Fellows and faculty are encouraged to bring educational clinical data for presentation to the group.
