Our services include:
- Expert medical care for the full spectrum of endocrine disorders and conditions, including access to advanced imaging and endocrine testing and referral to experienced endocrine surgeons when needed;
- Specialized programs in adrenal disease, thyroid cancer and osteoporosis;
- Diabetes treatment by a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists, advanced practice clinicians (nurse practitioners, physician assistants), dietitians and behavioral health specialists who work together to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care;
- Extensive experience with advanced diabetes technology, including insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors and automated insulin delivery systems;
- High quality diabetes education provided in individual sessions and through our ADA-recognized diabetes education program (PROMISED);
- Behavioral specialists who offer individualized treatment (cognitive behavioral therapy) for health-related distress, depression and anxiety and conduct support groups where patients can share their experiences and coping strategies;
- The SEAD program which provides specialized care for young adults with type 1 diabetes, including services and activities to address developmental and psychosocial needs of this group.
