Our mission is to plan, manage, and administer the Unified Department’s finances and operations.

Fiscal and administrative operations include budgeting, resources and grants management, facilities and project management activities, partnership with other administrative departments within the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center. Our affiliations encompass research institutions, various funding agencies and other external organizations. We encourage and develop new projects and sponsors while remaining fiscally responsible and compliant with all regulations.
