The Montefiore Einstein Internal Medicine Residency Program filled its 58 PGY1 (first-year) positions with 38 candidates in Categorical Medicine, 10 in Primary Care/Social Internal Medicine, and 10 in Preliminary Medicine.
Categorical Program and Primary Care/Social Medicine Tracks both filled with candidates from highly ranked medical schools, including the following:

Einstein Students Entering Medicine and Dermatology
This coming July, fifty-six Einstein students (29.3%) are entering categorical or primary care Internal Medicine residencies (a significant increase over last year's total of 41 students, 23.2%), and six will enter dermatology residencies. The quality of the residency programs matched by these students is outstanding. They include:
